Celebrity Style: Matt Bomer

Matt Bomer is best known for his role on USA's hit show White Collar, and has been getting a lot of exposure over the last couple of years. He's also had a role on Tru Calling (cancelled too soon). Matt's character has a really cool style, and almost always wears amazing suits - I bow to the wardrobe department).

V for Vintage Green Edition

This weekend I will be attending the 5th edition of V for Vintage, one of the most popular vintage fairs. I will be there helping Alice from Granny's Closet (view her blog here), whom I've worked with before.
The fair will take place on October 9th and 10th @ Salla Dalles, Bucharest. Hope to see you there.

Fashion Retouch

One of the things I really enjoy doing is retouching, but I figured not a lot of people know that, so I decided to post one of the photos I recently worked on. Personally, I think that when shooting something post-editing is definitely very important, it should always be part of the complete process, just like composition, lighting, make-up when shooting with models and so on.
For this particular project I used an image that was actually amazingly well shot, so I just had to do some minor touch-ups:
-remove blemishes
-smooth skin
-remove stray hairs
-remove straps from wings
-background cleanup
-color and tone adjustment

Changes in the C.M. camp (updated)

I'm so glad to announce that my blog will now have it's own domain name. The new address is costinM.com The change will take place sometime in the next three days , and anyone who will access costin-m.blogspot.com will be automatically redirected.
I've also created some new graphics so make sure to check back during the next few days.
Another thing I'm really excited about is the fact that i rediscovered tumblr. I've used it before, but at first I thought since I already use blogger, facebook and twitter it wouldn't be so useful for me, but now I'm kinda' addicted (thanks to nookie). It's a really great way to share inspirational images as well as quotes and all other sorts of stuff around the internet. So, if you don't feel like waiting for my next post here on my blog be sure to check my tumblr account!
