Madame Tussauds announced earlier this year theirLady Gaga project, one of the most ambitious ones they've had, which was revealed December 9th. With a budget of $1.5 million, 8 wax figures of the pop singer were made, each one portraying a different iconic look.
Five out of eight wax statues have been unveiled in five Madame Tussauds attractions around the world (London, Amsterdam, Berlin, Hong Kong and Shanghai, the ones from New York, Hollywood and Las Vegas yet to be revealed) Later edit: updated with the last 3 wax figures displayed in the US.

7+1: A World Not Talked About is an art exhibition showcasing 150 works created by 8 HIV positive artists. The exhibition is hosted by the Ion Mincu University of Architecture and Urbanism, and is open until December 12th.
Undoubtedly, all of the works carry an overwhelming emotional charge that take the exhibition to a completely new level.
This event marks the 10th year anniversary of UNOPA (National Union of Organizations for People Affected by HIV/AIDS) as well as World AIDS Day (celebrated December 1st), and is comprised of a variety of different works such as sculptures, photography, intalations and paintings.
