In a world where everything seems to have already been done, you basically have to pull out a rabbit out of a top hat if you want want to stand out! And that is especially true when it comes to advertising - there's just a split second to capture the viewer's attention.
Luckily, the world doesn't lack creative people that always manage to impress. I found that combining different techniques is definitely a clever way of generating unique results. For example combining body painting and photography, or in this case combining illustration with photography.
